Who holds the keys? Hatha Systems does the KR install (including knowledge repository) and initial extraction. The repository can reside on the customer site (or on the partner site, at customer request). The customer owns the knowledge blueprint; if KR license is canceled, the repository becomes inaccessible. Hatha Systems trains each project team on the KR platform and the AI interface, KR Advisor. (Veteran KR partners may perform installations and extractions in the future, with Hatha Systems approval.)
